How do I unapprove an exception?

 
  1. Select Timecards in the navigation list.
  2. Select the Exceptions tab.
  3. Above the employee list press the button.
  4. Select Group/Filter....
  5. Select the Exceptions tab.
  6. Under the Employee Filters column press the drop down arrow for the menu.
  7. Select Show Only Employees With Exceptions.
  8. Press Save And Exit.
  9. Employees with approved exceptions will not be visible under the exceptions tab.
  10. Select your desired employee.
  11. Select your desired exception under the employee.
  12. Press Unapprove.
